Join the Tampa Bay Snow Skiers & Boarders on
another journey to Beaver Creek, Colorado. Your long weekend trip
begins at Tampa International Airport on Thursday morning, January
5, 2012. Trip leader Peggy Gummoe will
meet & assist you at the airport. We will board a Frontier Airlines
non-stop flight to Denver. A luxury charter coach will take the
group on the two-hour journey to Beaver Creek, including a brief
stop for groceries &/or liquor on the way to the ski area. The
return trip is Monday, January 9, 2012, with a non-stop flight from
Denver to Tampa. We will have three (3) full days of skiing,
including an interchangeable pass to ski Vail!
Peggy your trip leader has
planned social events, après-ski parties, assistance with obtaining
your lift tickets and rental equipment, arrange group on-mountain
lunches & handle other details. A pre-trip ski party will be held to
discuss all the specifics of the trip (date to be determined), so
you can relax & enjoy your trip.
St. James Place Condominiums
offers ski-in/ski-out accommodations & a variety of upscale amenities,
including an indoor/outdoor hot tub, indoor pool, sauna, exercise
facilities, concierge service, ski storage, wood burning fireplaces,
fully equipped granite kitchens, & one-, two-, and three- bedroom
condos. The condos are spacious, luxurious, & all units have sleeper
sofas. There is a complimentary resort shuttle, daily housekeeping &
Wi-Fi.

Beaver Creek Ski Area: Start the year right with a refreshing
adventure to Beaver Creek with three (3) full days of skiing! Test
your technique or take in the beauty of the mountain. Beaver Creek
offers a combination of luxury & spectacular skiing. The mountain
contains a total 149 trails & 25 lifts, over 800 acres of groomed
slopes, new high speed quad lifts, the expert/advanced terrain of
The Talons, & the Village-to-Village ski experience. After a day of
skiing Beaver Creek, Arrowhead and Bachelors Gulch, you can ski back
to your condo, or take the free (less than 5 minute) shuttle. St.
James Place is located in the heart of the pedestrian Village, steps
away from restaurants, shopping, night life & everything the Village
has to offer, including an outdoor ice rink, heated walkways &
outdoor escalators.
The Town of Beaver Creek offers an Athletic Club & Spa
Treatments, Backcountry Tours, Dog Sledding, Fly Fishing, Ice
Skating, Ranches, Snowmobiling, the Vilar Center for the Arts,
Wildlife Tours, Snowshoeing, Snowmobiling, & Horse-drawn Sleigh
Rides.
Vail Mountain: Ski passes are interchangeable with
Vail Mountain (only 15 minutes away) & you will have the opportunity
to ski Vail as much as you like.
All cancellations must be received in writing by
October 5th, 2011. See cancellation policy on the 2nd page of the trip application.
