Copper
Mountain is the place to be if you like to ski
long crusin’ runs. The “Naturally Divided Terrain” trail systems are
separated by ability levels so beginners don't cross in front of
experts. The slopes are laid out with “Easiest Cruisers” at one end,
the “Steep and Deep” at the other end, with “Intermediate” in the
middle. From bowls, bumps, cruisers, and glades, to pipes, parks and
their family-friendly beginner’s area … you’ll be sure to find
something you’ll like! The 5 high speed lifts will quickly get you
up the 4 mountains, with 23 total lifts. And…our group lift ticket
prices and ski/board rentals will be hard to beat anywhere. You can
count on it!
Copper is Summit County’s largest ski area
with 2,450 skiable acres, 2601 vertical feet, 9712’ Base, 12,313’
Top, with over 125 runs. Skiing ability breakout is as follows:
Beginner 21% / Intermediate 25% / Advanced 36% / Expert 18%.
Other Winter Recreation:
For those who want to pursue other winter sports, try sleigh
riding, snowmobiling, ice skating, tubing, cross country skiing
(25km), snowshoeing, hot air ballooning, as well as free mountain
tours, free athletic club, etc., etc., etc. Cross country and
snowshoe rentals are available.

Other
Non-skiing Activities:
The 3 villages at Copper have many fine restaurants, unique
boutiques, and many local bars to experience (don’t forget your
kneepads, ‘cause the bar crawl in Copper is outstanding). They also
offer bus service to Breckenridge, Keystone, and other great
locations to include neighboring towns and OUTLET STORES! Yes…OUTLET
STORES at Silverthorne Factory Outlet!
