Join Mary for this fun filled 8 or 11 day trip.
In Ireland we’ll golf and tour or just tour with
the Florida Ski Council. We fly into Dublin and will be greeted by a
tour guide who will show us all Ireland has to offer.
We start off each morning with a full Irish
Breakfast, and a chartered bus and guide will be waiting each day.
There are 3 golf days mixed in with the group
tour days. Day 2, 4 & 7 we’ll all meet and take golfers to their
destination and end our tour day with picking them up from a day of
18 holes. We’ll start the tour when we land in Dublin heading to
Wexford. We’ll tour the Dunbrody Emigrant Ship and enjoy a
reenactment of real life stories.
If you have Irish ancestry from the 19th century
your forbears are probably here. We’ll head to Waterford Crystal
Factory and ladies be prepared to watch how it’s all made and
possibly purchase a piece for your collection. We’ll spend the first
night in Waterford and enjoy dinner as a group.
Day 2 we’ll drop the golfers off at Fota Island
and head to Midleton where we’ll visit the Jameson Experience and of
course take part in in tasting of a fine Whiskey. We’ll hop on the
bus and head to Blarney Castle. We’ll all climb the castle to kiss
the Blarney stone which guarantees the gift of eloquence. Both are
optional and not included in trip price. Head back to pick up
golfers and head to Killarney for our second night and again enjoy
dinner as a group.
Day 3 we’ll sit back and enjoy the beautiful
scenery of the Ring of Kerry, known as the most beautiful coastline.
During the day we’ll experience the ancient heritage of Ireland with
the Iron Age forts, the Ogham Stones, old monasteries and rural
communities all along the east side of the Atlantic Ocean. The
conclusion to the ‘Ring’ is in the highest mountain range,
Macgillycuddy’s Reeks, through Moll’s Gap stretching down over the
Killarney Lakes. Next we’ll visit Muckross House a Victorian
mansion.
For our third night we’ll head back to Killarney
and have dinner with the group.
Day 4 we’ll drop the golfers at Dingle and head
to Dingle Peninsula and enjoy the historic, cultural and literary
heritage. Again breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean with miles
of unspoiled sandy beaches. Return to Dingle to pick up the golfers
and listen to their golf day experience while we all transfer from
the Peninsula via Tralee and Listowel to cross the mouth of the
Shannon River on the Tarbert Killimer ferry. We’ll all head back to
Ennis for the night and dinner with the group.

lunar landscape harboring rare plants and flowers. Beneath the
surface is the towering Cliffs of Moher stretching five miles along
the rugged coastline. We’ll head to Bunratty Castle and Folkpark,
Irelands medieval castle. The Park features include a recreated
village street, eight farmhouses, a watermill, blacksmiths forge,
Macs pub and restaurant. We’ll enjoy the banquets which offer a 4
course banquet of Irish dishes with entertainment from the court of
lords and ladies in the castle. Head back to Ennis for the night.
Day 6 we’ll head back to Dublin arriving in the
early afternoon with a panoramic sightseeing tour of this historic
city starting with Trinity College allowing us to view the Book of
Kells a 9th century gospel manuscript and stroll through the
beautiful old library. We’ll see cathedrals and the architecture
throughout the city. Over the Liffey River is the famous Temple Bar,
street theater, entertainment and shopping of Grafton Street. We’ll

traditional methods used in crafting Ireland’s most famous Guinness.

nectar. Floor by floor take a surprising journey through the past,
present and future of the iconic beer. The visit ends in the Gravity
Bar with a 360 degree panoramic view of Dublin. On to the hotel for
dinner with the group.
