above listed trips by following these easy instructions:
Contact the Trip Leader for the trip of choice for space availability.
Obtain a copy of the the Trip Application: Call the Trip Leader or download a copy from this Web site. For instructions on "how to" download a Trip Application.
Fill in the Tampa Bay Snow Skiers and Boarders Trip Application & Release form completely.
Mail the completed trip application and your check/credit card authorization for at least $250 on U.S. trips, $350 on Non-U.S. trips, per person going on the trip to the address provided when you contact the Trip Leader. DO NOT MAIL TO TAMPA BAY SNOW SKIERS And BOARDERS OFFICE! ! !
If you apply for more than one trip, then you must submit a separate Trip Application and Deposit for each trip.

Trip Insurance
In response to inquiries from our travelers for Travel
Insurance, we have identified and chosen to include at least one
provider through our website. There are many companies available, with
comparable coverage's. You should choose the plan and company that is
right for you. The purchase of Travel Insurance is not mandatory
for our travelers to participate on any Tampa Bay Snow Skiers and
Boarders trip. The
following link is being provided as a convenience for our travelers in
obtaining Travel Insurance. The Tampa Bay Snow Skiers and Boarders do not
endorse and are not affiliated with any trip insurance companies. The Tampa Bay Snow Skiers and
Boarders bear no
responsibility or liability for the sale, pricing or execution of this
insurance in any way.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING TRIP APPLICATION:
FIRST:
You will need "ADOBE ACROBAT READER" to view and print the application.
It's a free software available over the Internet and is a handy "plug in" for
your browser. If you need to get a copy simply go to the Adobe web site and follow
the instructions to download and install. To go to the "ADOBE" web site use the

SECOND:
Click this link, Trip Application (.pdf format)
Once it opens in "ACROBAT" you can either "PRINT" it immediately or
"SAVE AS" to your own computer for printing at a later date.
