We offer 3 methods for submitting your trip application.

Manual

This is a .pdf version of the Trip Application. You can open it, print it, fill it in by hand and mail it to your Trip Leader along with your deposit. Check with your Trip Leader, some can accept a fax using this method. When faxing, you will have to make arrangements with your Trip Leader on how to complete the deposit payment.

Electronic

This is a MS Word version of the Trip Application. You can open it, fill it in on your computer, save it and attach it to an email you can send to the Trip Leader. You will have to make arrangements with your Trip Leader on how to complete the deposit payment.

On Line

This allows you to fill in the Trip Application, right from the Trip Description page, here on the web, and submit it directly to the Trip Leader with the click of a button. As with the Electronic method, you will have to make arrangements with your Trip Leader on how to complete the deposit payment. Please note, that each trip has it's own On Line Trip Application, keyed to that trip specifically.  DO NOT USE ONE TRIP'S APPLICATION TO SIGN UP FOR SOME OTHER TRIP. YOUR APPLICATION MAY NOT GET TO THE RIGHT TRIP LEADER.
